Additional Costs

• Administration Fee $500 per offer (Non-refundable)
• Entry to NCEA standards - $383.30 per year
• Entry to NZ Scholarship subjects - $102.20 per subject
• Immigration New Zealand Student visa fee  - $850.00  More information is available from: https://www.immigration.govt.nz/study/study-visas 
• Student Transcript fee - $25 per transcript
• Outdoor Education fee - $250.00 per term
• Sports fees, musical instrument hire and private tuition, school trips, stationery, materials/specialist course costs and equipment required for some subjects are not covered by the standard Tuition Fee.

2026 Homestay Accommodation Fees

This fee is the same for short-term or long-term students and includes 3 meals a day and laundry of clothes.

• Homestay fee  - $360 per week.
• Special Dietary Requirements - up to $70 per week.
• Homestay Management fee of $100 per term (non-refundable).
• Early morning airport transfer fee - $50.00 
• Accommodation – Summer Holding fee - $50 per week paid to a host family to hold the student’s items and room for them when the student goes home for the New Zealand Summer break. 

Uniform

• Year 9 – 13 students - Approximately $800 new or $400 second-hand
• Short-term student uniform hire - $300 (non-returnable).  Students must supply their own socks (plain black ) and shoes (black leather), or students can wear their own school uniform from their Home country.

If a bank transaction fee for the transfer of funds is indicated, this cost is to be met by the student/family.

Insurance

International students must have appropriate and current medical and travel insurance to meet Code of Practice and Immigration requirements while in New Zealand. Uni-Care Travel and Medical Insurance may be arranged through our school, or you can arrange your own insurance.

Immigration New Zealand Student Visa fee is the cost of the visa document received by the student and is set by Immigration New Zealand.
